- How Stress Effects the Body
We all know stress can have devastating effects on the body, but they can be easy to ignore. I stumbled across this brilliant infographic and couldn’t help but share. Take a look and tell me if you’re suffering from any of these ailments? If so, maybe its time to DO something about it? The simple act of meditating for 20 minutes a day can work wonders for reducing stress. Other easy stress relievers include yoga, walking your dog, running, or even a monthly massage. It really depends on you, but anything is better than nothing.

LOL…I have had an extreme situation affecting my family and I for the past two months. It escalated this week and I woke up this morning grinding my teeth and with a major muscle spasm in my lower back. This article couldn’t have come at a better time…a great reminder to destress and find perspective!
