Ahhhh…nothing screams Moving Day like the crazed laughter of three kiddos using a UHaul truck as their own personal playground. Well, I guess shouldn’t say nothing? Chronic backache is a pretty good moving day reminder too!

Just like everybody else, I’ve got chronic backache and pains that pop up when I do crazy things like lift 50 boxes in one day.  I’m sure it has EVERYTHING to do with my old sports injuries and NOTHING to do with me being a year older. Right?

One of the BEST solutions I’ve found for keeping me “ache free” has been yoga.  It’s an amazing stress reliever and has done wonders to bring back the flexibility I took for granted when I was younger. I don’t want to wake up one day at 50 years old horrified that I can’t even touch my toes.  My goal is to continue a lifelong practice of yoga and still be tree posing at 80.

But like I said, 50 BOXES.  Not even yoga could save me that day!
